I had the best experience with these contractors. I requested 3 estimates from different contractors. Both Jesus' showed up on time and actually 15 mins early for my consult. They did charge a consult fee, but they spent the most time with me to figure out what I envisioned (over an hr), which i feel was worth the cost and it was credited toward my renovation at the end of the day. I requested a pantry and for them to modify a load bearing wall, they said they could do it with no issues. The next contractor did a no call/no show. The third came by, but spent only 15 mins w me, forgot to take photos, and didnt do the estimate until i requested it 2 more times. Once IJM showed up for the job, they were consistently on time and ready, which I absolutely loved. When there had to be changes to my original idea, they made sure to consult w/me before anything was changed, which prevented me from being surprised or unhappy with the job. They were here everyday, until it was completed. I really do love the work they did and more importantly, I love their consistency. The job went so smoothly, I couldn't have asked for more. I can guarantee that I will be requesting them for my all my next projects. Just so yall know, I didnt even know them prior to my consult, so im not a family member or friend to hype em up.
